Dear SHS Parents and Guardians,
It has been an exciting week celebrating Red Ribbon Week and sending SHS LadyCats to the Volleyball Playoffs!
At Splendora High School, we are intentional about providing high-quality learning experiences that prepare every student to be life ready. Our commitment extends beyond the classroom, ensuring students develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed in their next chapter. Whether a student plans to attend college, enter the workforce, or serve in the military, we want every Wildcat to graduate with a clear sense of direction and the tools necessary to pursue their goals.
An important part of this commitment is exposing students to industry-based certifications and career-focused learning opportunities that can open doors to future success. These experiences allow students to explore their interests, develop practical skills, and earn valuable credentials that may give them a head start in their chosen career fields. By connecting classroom learning to real-world opportunities, we are helping our students build meaningful pathways to success after graduation. At SHS, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, pursue their passions, and graduate prepared for the future!

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, we have an opportunity to give back to the Splendors ISD families in need within our community.
SHS will be collecting gravy and stuffing, and we would love your help! Please bring in gravy and/or stuffing donations and drop them off at the front office by November 11th.
Every donation, big or small, helps make a difference. Together, we can help ensure more families in our community have a wonderful holiday season filled with warmth, gratitude, and a little extra love.
Thank you for helping us make a difference beyond our campus!

This past Saturday, October 24, the Splendora ISD Education Foundation hosted its annual Men (& Women) Who Cook fundraiser, bringing together local businesses, educators, families, and community members for a night of great food and an even greater purpose!
Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, donors, volunteers, 18 chef teams, and everyone who attended, we raised nearly $34,000 in net proceeds!
What does that mean for our students? These funds help the Foundation provide innovative classroom grants, scholarships, and educational opportunities that go beyond what traditional school funding can provide.
When our community comes together, our students benefit! Thank you to everyone who continues to invest in the future of Splendora ISD. Together, we're building a brighter future for our Wildcats! To see photos from the event, click here!
